Who we are

This website, www.residentagentinfo.com, is published by Inenvi ("we"). This policy covers the website only.

What this website collects

Nothing you type. There are no forms, no sign-up, no accounts and no comments on this site. You cannot send us information through it, and we do not ask you to.

No cookies, no analytics. We set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and load nothing from third parties on these pages.

Server logs. Like any website, the servers and the content delivery network that deliver these pages record the address you connect from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting only and are kept for a limited period, then deleted.

How logs are used

• To keep the site running and to detect abuse.
• To work out what went wrong when a page fails to load.

Log data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside Inenvi and the providers that deliver the site on our behalf.

Links to other sites

The state pages link to state government websites, and the site carries one link to a resident agent service provider. Those sites have their own privacy terms; this policy does not cover them.

Children

This site is about businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
